Meet Camp Counselor Zoey

Camp Counselor Zoey lives in Hudson Falls. She owns a Tiger kitty named Oliver and does not have any dogs in her home (yet!). She has grown up around dogs her whole life and loves visiting her family’s home and seeing Amma, a Newfoundland.

 

Working for Sniffari, Zoey has realized her passion for dog training and animal care! She just started working at another job in the animal care industry in the Saratoga/Wilton area, and wants to continue working with animals in the future. She also has a lot of experience dog/cat sitting, and has spent a summer working at Middlebury Boarding and Daycare in Vermont which she really enjoyed. She loved coming to work, especially watching Amma hang out and play with her pals.

 

Zoey is very excited to spend more time working for Sniffari and make more furry friends! She is looking forward to continuing strengthening the bonds and trust between her and the dogs, and helping them be the best, happiest versions of themselves!

Zoey's Camp structure:

• Camp runs Tuesday and Wednesdays

• Dogs must attend at least 1 day a week

• Camp lasts around 2 hours (not including pick up and drop off)

• Camp is run on public land (preserves, parks and lakes)

• Campers ride along together in her mini Rover (personal vehicle) so being able to be in close quarters with other dogs is essential to their success at camp

• Dogs must have a solid recall and loose leash walking skills
